Hi,
I imported help you Art Magazine without any issue. I just installed it after deactivate all plugins doesn't come with the theme ( Duplicate Page And Post, WordPress phpinfo(), WP Maximum Execution Time Exceeded ) and I imported it by use Chrome browser.
You can take a look again on your site.
