Hello,

I deactivated ALL plugins and the issue was unchanged. Please let me know if I can remedy this situation in any other way. I purchased Soledad mainly because of this mega menu.

Hi,

You have a plugin caused this issue. Please deactivate all plugins and check it again, after it work, let's enable each plugin to check what's plugin caused this issue.

And please remove classess: “megamenu” for your category mega menu. This class just apply when you config columns mega menu - not for category mega menu.

I just updated the menus and the mega menu disappeared. I went back to the documentation and followed the instruction, but when I edit appearance/menus, I do not have any section that allows me to choose a mega menu. I added the “megamenu” to the CSS class and still no mega menu option.
