I've fixed this issue by re-install the Penci Shortcodes & Performance plugin.

after the last update if I keep enable "Delay Javascript Execution" the website is not working, a lot of different part of the website doesn't work and don't show images, in particular the shop.
If I remove this setting the website works again.
Is it a bug?
