Hi,

We're contact with the hosting provider and they tell with us that: we need to wait them backup it.

So, I'm not sure the exact time for get it back. Please bear it for ussmile.png

Hello,

It's 2 months later now and still don't see any of my old tickets. This change made me loose all previous answers and info i had. Any atm on when they will be merged into the new system?

Hi,

We've some issues with our old support forum.

We will take old support forum back in next time, maybe - I'm not sure because we don't working on that forum anymore.

Yeah, on the new support forum I can find the tickets I made before on this forum. I am talking about the old support forum. :)

I had a lot of old tickets and I sometimes used that as reference for my website. But your main website seems to be gone and so are all the tickets. Can I find them somewhere? Or did you guys deleted everything. Oo
