I found this CSS code and it almost works. The beginning of the article with an anchor does not overlap the main menu, but the footer moves up.

Hello. when trying to insert an article hierarchy using the [toc] shortcode and the Table of Contents Plus plugin, the hierarchy style is pulled from the Soledad template. Attempts to disable the settings Appearance → Customize → Table of Content → General: clear all the settings at Enable Support in Post Types. did not give a result. Help please.
