Hi,

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Custom CSS then add the following custom CSS code:

.container.container-single-page {
    max-width: 770px;
}

Change 770px with the content width you want to show.

I did what you told me and nothing changed. I do not have a sidebar on my website

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → General: change the width at

Custom Container Width on Single Posts Page
Custom Container Width for Two Sidebars on Single Posts Page

Sorry, I probably did not put it correctly, your answer is for the overall width of the site, ok I want to keep this in the default option, and thank you for helping me find it, but I want to reduce the width of the pages and articles without affecting the total width of the site.
