This issue caused by your installation is wrong. You uploaded all package of this theme for your site ( Documentation, demo content, license... folder to your theme folder. )
You need to extract download package from themeforest and use soledad.zip file for your install - this is correct way. So, you can do it again for your self or send me more your FTP account ( include FTP host, FTP username, FTP password ) or your hosting account. I will help you do that.
Also, Is it new site? No any posts/pages you need to keep? If so, I can delete all it and do import for you after installed again this theme.
