Hi,
Please enable the WP_DEBUG mode by following the document here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/, then load the customizer setting and send me a debug.log file located at the wp-content folder.

Hello,
Thanks for your message. My site is being built offline currently so I am unable to pass the credentials over. I have deactivated elementor as well thinking it might be the builder plugin but the same thing has occurred.

I deactivated all plugins that didn't come with the theme and the same issue continues.

Hi,
The problem is that one of your installed plugins has been conflicts with our Customizer code.
Please try to deactivate all plugins (exclude the plugins that come with Soledad), then re-enable one by one to check which plugin cause this issue.
