Hello, you've been so helpful to me but we are finding that the second button you added to the slider is not showing up. In the back end of the slide, both buttons and content are there, but the second one is missing on the front end.

The button you've added on this page is the WordPress Block Button, the current version of WordPress doesn't support adding the hover color on the settings.
You can force add the hover effect by going to Appearance → Customize → Custom CSS then add the following custom CSS code:
.wp-block-button a:hover {
background-color: #000;
color: #fff;

I was asking about other buttons on the blocks underneath the slider on this page https://stmichaels-vt.org -- they have no hover effect. I'm wondering if Soledad does not support hover effect on these buttons.

However, I thought I was going to be able to use the penci slider and not use elementor. Elementor broke my site before, it was impossible to edit with Elementor. The reason I went to Elementor is for the two buttons. Now are you telling me I can't have two buttons without Elementor?
Also, I wonder if you sent me the wrong link for tutorial, this one is all about setting up a home page.

I am getting no tooltips on the home page at all... is that a function of Soledad?
I'm not sure what you meant by a screen shot of the slider settings. I assume you meant in Customizer, and of course that took several screenshots.
My client really needs that second button, and I'll be meeting with her tomorrow.

1. The slogan text isn't showing up on home page... seems like it might be "under" the slider.

I have disabled lightspeed and did the javascript optimization thing, still not getting slides to autoplay.
Also, still see no option for a second button on a slide.
Well, now I was able to see the link to update Soledad, so happy!
Now I have two things to figure out: 1 how to add a second button to a slide and 2. how to have the slides on autoplay.

I installed and activated the plugin, but still i am not getting the link to update soledad.
Elementor slider is broken for me and Elementor support can't help. Therefore I want to use the penci slider, but the client would like two buttons on the first slider. Any way to do this ? Soledad version 7.3.6
