For this case, you need to purchase a new Soledad license and then register it on the new site.

Hello Author. I have another domain entirely different from the one above where I'll like to install the Soledad theme. Please do I need to buy new theme entirely or ill just pay for the extension? How much is the extension and how do I pay for the extension on Codecanyon? Thanks.
