1. 2017... a bit outdated resolution... but give good tip where to look for solution.. thx!
2. I tried to used different option in LS setting. I checked many times and seems the cart page was not cached, but the problem still exist.
3. I turned OFF litespeed cache, but the problem still exist.
4. I turned ON litespeed cache, and used DIFFERENT theme (storefront) and the cart refresshing WORKED WELL.
For me this means that the Soledad theme has conflict with woocommerce.
Can you help me how to go forward and find solution?

I started to setup our woocommerce shop. On the cart page the "Refresh cart" button remain inactive after increase/decrease cart items.
