Hi,
Your site header was built with the Penci Header Builder, so please go to dashboard → Header Builder: click "Edit with the Penci Header Builder" on the current head layout, and removed all elements on the Sticky Header area.
On the mobile, please select each row, then select "No" at the "Sticky This Row on Scroll Down?".

I did that and the top bar still comes down both on desktop and mobile

Please go to Appearance → Customize → Logo & Header → Main Bar & Primary Bar: turn on the "Disable Sticky Main Bar When Scroll Down" option.

How do I make the logo/header not "Sticky" so that it all goes away when you scroll up on mobile and desktop? I have tried to do as suggested in the settings and the header still drops down when I scroll?
