Hi,
1/ When you insert images to your editor, please select the size for your images is "Full Size" - check this image
2/ Because you're using Single Posts Style 2. Please go to Customize > Single Posts Options > and un-check on "Enable Single Posts Style 2"
3/ Please ask your hosting provider about this issue. The hosting limited this upload.

1. I set the pictures all in the same size but yet they keep appearing in different sizes on the blog post and im not sure how to fix this, I tried to edit the size on each picture to one size and none of them align. see attachment #2 &3
2. Another annoying issue is the featured picture of each blog appears to be the biggest one when viewing the blog post, how can i make all the pictures align and same size? see attachment #1
3. How can i add high resolution photos without getting an error? It restricts me to lowering the resolution on all my photos. Please help. see attachment #4
