The current version of Soledad already supports dark mode for the entire site but doesn't support the dark mode switcher for the visitor.
1. Please to Appearance → Customize → General → Colors: turn on the "Enable Dark Theme" option then change the color here.
2. Navigate to WooCommerce → Color: change all the shop colors here to fit your site color.

You can install the WP Dark Mode plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-dark-mode/. This plugin will turn on all WordPress themes into dark mode without any risk.

do you know how long it will take to have a dark theme on woocommerce as well having already used a dark theme for the blog I would like to continue to keep it
