1. You can create & add the widget via Appearance → Widgets,
2. Edit your homepage with the Elementor, and add the sidebar content by using the Penci Sidebar element.

How can I have the same widget sidebar (and in de same Penci styl) on my homepage and my post pages?
Currently, I have created the homepage with Elementor via de youtube tutorial. However, when I go the widget pages to create my sidebar I don't see for example the Penci Block Heading...
