I've checked your site, the problem because you've not enabled any Popup content, please enable the popup you want to show in the Status column then check again.

Hi,
Yes. You can use any popup plugin you want. Almost the popup plugins are compatible with the Soledad theme.

The current version of Soledad only support showing the popup for the entire site. If you want to add the popup for the specific post/page only, please install & use the Popup Maker plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/popup-maker/
