For this case, please go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → General: turn on the "Enable ajax Post View Count", then clear all the site cache & check again.

Hello,
Before the last two updates, the View count on our stories was in hundreds, but two updates ago from today, our story posts linger between 0-20 Views. Even if we attempt to view the same post using different devices multiple times, the view count can still remain static at 0 views sometimes. Its almost as if its broken and not counting well.
We need assistance, otherwise, management is recommending we disable View Count on posts yet I think its a great feature if you can fix it. Please advise.
