U are right. Only keep this note: Logo is 150x150. Deleting logo cls drop to 0. So I believe logo is the problem and not server.

Hi,
I can only help you get passed the CLS score in Google PageSpeed Insight (green score). If you want to get the maximum score, please try to research and config your site by yourself, sorry but I don't have a lot of time and need to resolve other tickets.
For this case, please try to turn off the lazyload for the single post by going to Appearance → Customize → Speed Optimization → General & Lazyload: turn on the "Disable Lazyload for Featured Image on Single Posts/Pages" option then check again.

I empty cache using w3tc. Page speed insight ok.
Gtmetrix says always problems on penci-single-block.

Hi,
Please go to Appearance → Customize → Speed Optimization → Optimize CSS: turn off the "Delay Loading Google Fonts" then clear all the site cache & check again.

Ypu were right. Problem is logo. I tried as u said. 150x150.
But pagespeed test give any time different results. From 0 to 0,107. Seem random results. Only way to solve it, seems to be to delete logo.

Here is a full screenshot of the Google Pagespeed desktop report:
1. By default, all the Google fonts will be delayed until the visitor interactive your site, if you want to decrease the CLS score, you MUST use the default OS font,
2. Please go to Appearance → Customize → Logo & Header: change the logo width/height same as the dimensions displayed on the browser (150x150px).
