1. The problem may be because of the Jetpack optimization, I've turned off this option, please clear all the cache & check again,
2. I've checked the donation page, and it working properly on my phone, here is a screenshot,

Hello,
I am writing to you because I have some problems with the theme!
It's quite urgent, we are in the middle of the campaign
-The menu does not work on Xiaomi smartphones and certainly Android; click on it and nothing is displayed.
-the page https://www.beth-hamidrachdesarcelles.com/dons/, on mobile only, when you put an amount, and you click on donate, we come across a page saying: "you don't have more products in your shop"
-all youtube videos have disappeared by putting this theme
