Hi,
I've fixed this issue, the problem is from the W3 Total Cache, you need to change the cache solution from Redis/Memcache to Disk.

Hi,
Please go to dashboard → WPBakery Page Builder → Role Manages: select "Custom" at the Post types option and check the "post" option.
