Hi,

1. About the header color, please follow these steps:

Go to dashboard → Header Builder: select your current header then click the "Edit with Penci Header Builder button".

Select each row then change the background color on the left side like the screenshot below:

2. Select the "Hamburger Menu" elements then change the background of the left side similar to #1,

3. Go to "Appearance → Customize → Vertical Navigation & Menu Hamburger → General" to adjust the sidebar hamburger.
