Hi,
The problem is because the Elementor can't create the CSS file in the wp-content folder, so all the custom styles can't be applied.

what about the delay on the titles for the featured posts? Did that change also?

Hi,
I've fixed this issue by going to dashboard → Elementor → Settings → Advanced → CSS Print Method: select "Internal Embedding".

something happened. Everything seemed to be working last night but when i started working this morning, i noticed my banner was wrong and the titles on the slider are not working correctly. I have been trying to figure it out all day.
In Elementor, everything is correct as in the first image, but when i go to the site it is incorrect. i even tried to remake the banner but to no avail.
