Hi,

Your site still loads the content from the cache, please clear all the W3 Total Cache, clear all the browser cache then check again.

Please check the code you've added on Appearance → Customize → Custom CSS:

Do you understand how this code works? If you've not understood, please delete, clear all the cache then check again.
