Hi,
Please go to Appearance → Customize → Logo & Header → General: add the GTM code at the "Add Custom Code Inside <head> tag" option field.

Hi,
I'm wondering which columns name can I add google tag management code. I've tried to embedded in google adsense/custom HTML code to display and body. But it doesn't work.
