When you are logged no issues. Please try to test it with a new incognito window.

Done.
I switched off also wp rocket, wpform and disabled cloudflare chaching. The issue is always there.
How to solve it?

Hi,
This problem is similar to the header, please clear all the W3 Total Cache, Minify cache then check again.
