I would like the same button, when clicked, to take you to a different page on Italian and English, having the site in two languages, I would like to take users to two different pages, how can I do?

here I would paste url of the form in Italian but having the site in two languages I would have to enter a different url for that language how can I redirect users to two different pages in two different languages?
