Hi,

You can overwrite these files on wp-content/themes/pennews

no-image.jpg
no-image-product.jpg
no-thumb.jpg
penci2-holder.png
penci-holder.png

Hi @nnyorker i think you could try to change this image file: /wp-content/themes/pennews/images/no-thumb.jpg i would give it a try bt save the old image on ase it is not working ;)

thank you for the quick reply. Is it possible to replace with my own default generic images?

Hi,

Unfortunately, the current version of PenNews doesn't have an option that hides the default image, we'll consider adding this in the future theme update.

Hello - what is the best way to hide the image placeholder if a featured image is not available? Some of the posts have featured images and some do not. I'm open to changing the block display or any other work around other than the image placeholder. (see attached)
