Please go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → General: turn on the "Move Caption of Images to Below The Images" option.

Hi,
Please go to Appearance → Customize → Single Posts → General: turn on the "Enable Caption on Featured Image" option.
You need to add the Caption to the featured image by following the document here: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-caption-to-images-in-wordpress/
