Hi,

You can use logo for both with the size about 300-600px width, the height is flexible

Also, if your logo display large, you can change Max width for your logo via Customize > Logo and Header Options

Could you please advise the suggested logo sizes for this theme? For the main logo, retina, and vertical/mobile?

I uploaded my logo but it is displaying very large.
