Hi,

1. You don't need to modify anything from the robots.txt file, it working properly now,

2. About the meta robot tag, please read more on this document: https://yoast.com/help/the-meta-robots-advanced-settings/

Your site installed the Yoast SEO plugin, so all the robots meta tags was managed by this plugin, please check it again.

Google will show the too-small text issue when their server can't read the CSS stylesheets file of your site.
