This is a code of your site menu, the code located at Footer is the Mobile menu.

Ok ty. I put question because of seeing menu-item 2 times in the code: 1 in the right side, and 1 here after footer closing. That seems strange to me.

This is a normal code because Soledad theme, your installed plugins and WordPress add a a lot of code below the footer tag.
