The problem because you've not set up the mega menu settings for the selected menu.
Please go to Appearance → Menus: select the Menu you want to edit then change the menu item to mega menu style like the screenshot below:

I have a problem with the header editor basically I changed logo and put two menus one on the right and the other on the left but when I go to edit the menu two the changes don't happen and the marquee menus don't show up how do I fix this?

You can upload the image with the 170px minimum height and unlimited width.
