You can adjust the section by clicking the Section settings then change the margin & padding value like the screenshot below:

By the way you show me, I can reduce the heiht of the slider but not the heigh of the section. My issue is to reduce the borderd made by the section anthe distance between the section

Hi,
If you want to change the height of the section, you need to modify the elements inside it.
For this case, please edit your page with the Elementor, click the Penci Media Carousel → change the item height at the "Ratio Height/Width of Images" option field.
