I've checked your site, the problem is that the Polylang Connect for Elementor plugin has modified some Elementor features, so the Penci Block doesn't work correctly.
I've disable this plugin, please check.

Hi,
Please go to dashboard → Elementor → Settings → General: check "Penci Block" at the "Post Type" option and edit the Penci Block with Elementor.

on one post you told
"You can create the Video Playlist with the Penci Blocks, then insert it to the homepage via the shortcode."
but when i try to do this elementor is not working on that pencil block page - what should i do with that ?
