Yes, I did as you recommended and the Search turned to work in our site without error.

Hi,

Please try to re-update the theme & the plugin "Penci Shortcodes & Performance" and try it again.

1/ You can re-update the theme by editing the code like on the image below:

After that, go to Appearance > Theme > click on the "Update Now" button to re-update the theme.
Note: Make sure you do follow this guide: https://pencidesign.ticksy.com/article/15633/ to enable auto-update the theme with one click.

2/ You can re-update the plugin "Penci Shortcodes & Performance" by go to Dashboard > Plugins > All Plugins > deactivate & delete plugin "Penci Shortcodes & Performance"
After that, go to Appearance > Install Plugins > re-install the plugin "Penci Shortcodes & Performance".

When you have done that, clear all the cache and check it again.

Hi there,

We are living the problem in website, but it is stranger, for it doesn't show everywhere.

For example, in desktop it can ocurring, but in mobile it is more constant.

The error is when we do a search on Home (accessing by mobile). We are using the plugin Ajax Search Pro.

Please see the log:
