The code I sent in the previous reply will force the Youtube video to show the full width of the content, it doesn't affect to the rich snippets but you should add this for your site.

The Recipe Video ID you've entered in the Recipe content is used for Google Rich Snippet purposes only, Soledad theme doesn't use it for display on the front-end.
