Please go to Appearance → Customize → Portfolio → Advanced: change the portfolio link structure here.
Then go to Settings → Permalinks: click the Save change button.

How can I change portfolio and portfolio-category slug name?
Example:
abc.com/portfolio/sample -> abc.com/video/sample
abc.com/portfolio-category/sample -> abc.com/videos/sample
