I did that and it isn't working. I incldued the screen shot and I published it just in case there was a glitch and its still white.

Please go to Appearance → Customize → WooCommerce → Cart Page → Button Background Color: change the background color at this option.

On my cart page the "proceed to checkout" button is white and so you cant see it because my background is white. I cant find the location on where to change it.
