Ok thank,
It was the Cache plugin who blocks the script. So I exclude it on the plugin settings and now it works.

but even clearing all my caches and using private mode on my browser i still not seeing the script.

Your custom script content is already added in the header, please clear all the site cache then check again, here is a screenshot:

I try to add a script in the <head> of my website but it still not working.
When I search it on the source code on the website it not there.
I'm doing something wrong ?
