I have the same problem with my website

I have enter again the license but it says : This license key has been registered for the domain: https://domain.tld please buy a new license.
I am trying to enter it with the URL : https://domain.tld/wp-admin/admin.php?page=soledad_active_theme

This is exactly the same domain url has registered... My support is expired, that's why I write here.

Please go to your dashboard > Soledad > Activate Theme: enter license code here.

soledad theme is suddenly asking me to verify my purchase again. I input the purchase code but it says the code has been used before. I only used it on the same domain that its says I need to activate it for!
