Hi,

1. Your page was built with the Elementor, so please read the document here to understand how to show/hide it on specific devices: https://elementor.com/help/show-or-hide-columns-per-device/

2. About the category featured posts, please go to Appearance > Customize > Category, Tag, Search, Archive Pages > Show Featured Posts: change the layout and another setting about the highlight post here.

Is there an option to hide it on mobile?
