Hi,

To do that, please add more this code:

<div class="penci-custom-excerpt" style="margin-top: 10px;"><?php the_excerpt(); ?></div>

And add more this code to Customize > Custom CSS to change the color & size for this excerpt:

.penci-custom-excerpt p { font-size: 13px; color: #313131; }

Is it possible to add the excerpt text below the post name and date on the main slider as attached.

I'm happy to change the code in my child theme if you can point me to the section and the code.
