Do you have an unlimited license available for this theme or will we have to purchase it one at a time?
Also is there a way that I can export ONLY the theme settings I have for this website so that I can use it to clone another site?

when i click on PODCASTS tab it says ARCHIVES. how can i make it so it says PODCASTS instead of ARCHIVES?

Please try:
1/ Deactivate all plugins first and check it again. Maybe you have a plugin caused this issue.
2/ If 1/ doesn't work, please go to Appearance > Menus > remove that menu items and add it again.

1/ I fixed it help you. Seem it's issues with your category slug is wrong.
2/ Have you watch to the end of the video tutorial? We've said about the way to add sub-categories in category mega menu on that video. Please check it again.

1/ Can you send me your admin url and admin account ( username and password ) in a private reply? I will take it a look help you.
2/ With one license you only can use for one website.
3/ Your config are wrong. Please remove the menu item "Categories" and all child menu items of this menu item and watch to the end this video tutorial to know how to config a category mega menu.
