Your customization request needs to modify some theme files and add a lot of extra CSS code, so I can't share it with you.

1. You can add the search field on your homepage without re-built the header,

2. If you want to convert your homepage to the Elementor version and add the search form, please send me your WordPress admin account in a PRIVATE reply, I'll check and create it for you within 24 hours.

Hi,

Have you read my question? It costs too much effort for me to build a whole new header (for desktop & mobile) for only a search field in the slider.

I just want a search field in the header of my homepage (in the Penci Slider), that should't be a big effort.

You suggest to build a whole new homepage. I asked for this feature for many times. I hope you will implement it, there I pay for this support for many years now and it was said it will come with new theme updates.

Hi,

You can insert the search field on your site by build the homepage with the Elementor page builder.

Please read the document here: https://soledad.pencidesign.net/soledad-document/#homepage

The homepage built with Customizer options has a limited area to customize, so there is no way to add the custom search field to your homepage content.

Hi,

I asked several times for it, but can you please make a search field in the Penci Slider? It costs too much effort to build a whole new header (for desktop & mobile).

I'd just like to give visitors the opportunity to search through our recipes on the homepage.

I've been waiting for this feature for years and you'll help me a lot. It seems such a small effort and I think other users also would like to have this option.
