1. You can find the Slider Revolution installation file on the downloaded package from ThemeForest,

2. You don't need to activate this plugin, but if you want to use the premium feature, you need to purchase the personal license by following this link: https://www.sliderrevolution.com/faq/slider-revolution-licensing-faq/
