Hi,

This issues already included in the theme. Maybe you turn off it.

Please make sure:

1/ Go to Customize > Single Posts Options > make sure you don't check to "Hide Post Comments"

2/ Go to Dashboard > Settings > Discussion > check your config here. Maybe you did disabled it there.
