I've paid for extended support.

I've deactivated all plugins except for ones that say Penci in front of them. The only other one I have switched off and turned on again is - Contact Form 7 which doesn't seem to make any difference (and this one is being used).


Still not working when I click the switch through one.com to upgrade from php 7.4 to 8.0.


I've currently turned 7.4 back on so the website is still up but I only have a few days before this option will no longer be available.


This is the PHP error code that seems to be linked to the theme? Can I pay you to help me - I don't know why it's not working?

It seems you’re using a plugin that caused this problem. Please try to deactivate all plugins ( except the recommend plugins that comes from the theme ) and try it again. If it works, let’s enable each plugin to check what’s the plugin that cause the problem.

I purchased this theme for a client and it's been great, but my hosting company have just run a PHP update to go from 7.4 to 8.0.
All themes and plugins must be updated for the website to continue working.

I've updated everything but my hosting provider says Soledad still displays 2020 so the website won't work.

Can this be fixed?
