How do I make caption for Feature image appear in article?

Hi,

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Single Posts > General > turn on the "Enable Caption on Featured Image".

For short article, I only want to include a feature image, but want to include caption of the image when the article is published.

Please show me how to do that.
