I managed to solve the problem by updating the theme as you told me at the beginning.

Hi,
Please download the attachment file then extract & overwrite it to:
wp-content/themes/soledad/inc/template-builder/single-elements/meta.php

Im building a website using a template provided by Soledad to build a post template. In post template show the author name, but in the post page dont show the name. I dont know how to fix it.
