If you want to show the responsive for the mobile/tablet user, please go to Appearance > Customize > Penci AMP > Advanced Settings: uncheck the "Show AMP for Mobile Visitors".

Will the AMP settings cover the default website version for the table & phone?
Because Before installing the penci-soledad-amp plugin, we already can browser the website with phone and table
and how do I know if my AMP is working well?
